    Fine ocean view experience

    Waking up to amazing ocean views from my room was nice! The staff were helpful. Sunset moments were lovely!

    Unfortunately, the dining options felt limited and often slow. The service could definitely use a boost during peak hours.

    Both a hit and a miss

    The ocean views from my room were fine! The beach offered beautiful white sand and clear water, perfect for relaxation. The large pools were well-maintained and provided a serene atmosphere.

    Customer service left much to be desired. Staff appeared uninterested and unhelpful at times. The dining options were limited and overly pricey.

    Everything was beautiful, wonderful relaxing hotel, the location was magnificent really close to restaurants or other areas of the resort and the east coast of the Dominican Republic. The whole room was well-kept with bottled water and a balcony and lovely views. Venue's bar was large. Overall the service was good! Early check-in was a bonus.
